What will you do?

• Support customers through digital channels and phone calls.
• Help HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related questions.
• Investigate and solve technical issues while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Analyse support requests and contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to enhance the user experience of our digital solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Interest or experience in customer service, technical support, or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help others.
• Team player with an international and collaborative mindset.
